Publer, short for publisher, started as a side project back in 2012 to help a small travel agency in Tirana, Albania, build an online presence on Facebook. Today, thanks to Facebook and Publer as a sidekick, they have become one of the biggest agencies in the country and their success has become our 'Why'.
