Every visitor wants to look at an aesthetic Instagram feed, which tells a story and is obvious enough to understand. We also love our Instagram feed and we’ve carefully chosen every image/video so that they all have a gorgeous color alignment and keeps the visitor impressed! In this blog, we go over how to use Publer’s Instagram visual planner to create an aesthetically appealing grid.

You can now view how their Instagram feed will look like, based on the content that is already shared, and the ones you want to schedule for the future. It’s important to take the time and think more about how your Instagram affects the visitor at first sight!

Let everyone know that you are creative enough to transmit your business smartly. You want to stay consistent and take good care of the colors on your feed. This is why, we highly recommend you only use high-quality images/videos, so that your feed is always beautiful.
You can see the Feed Preview feature by clicking Calendar -> Select an Instagram account -> Choose Feed on the top right corner.
Filter, search and find the visual content that you want to schedule on your Instagram account using the media library on the left. If you want to add other content, simply import them from Drive, DropBox, or find some unique free stock images using the built-in Unsplash integration.
Select the visual content (no limit) that you want to use and click Auto-Schedule media at the bottom. Publer will automatically find the free available timeslots per each of the content you’ve selected and you can then see them all on the Instagram feed on the right.
It’s time to rearrange each photo/video by dragging and dropping based on your preferences. Remember: when you drag a photo/video, their timeslot will change along. This is how you save time! You don’t have to worry about the timeslots you once set.
You might need to add another post after you’ve fully rearranged the content. Then simply click ‘Schedule new post’ or hover the mouse to a photo/video where you’ll see a + icon. While clicking the + icon, not only will you be able to create a new post from scratch, but you don’t have to worry about setting the time and date! Publer will automatically find a medium slot between the two posts you clicked the icon at. Smart, right?
While preparing your new posts, generate some trending hashtags using the built-in tool on Publer. Tip: If you’re using 30 hashtags. Make them 1 branded hashtag, 2 industry-related, 3 hashtags that contain locations, 6 common hashtags, and 18 uncommon ones. You can add them as follow-up comments so your caption looks nice and clean.
